Mercer's Flap Wheels are made with premium aluminum oxide grain and a resin on resin bond. Heavy duty X- weight cloth backing provides for vigorous sanding and deburring. Mounted on a 1/4" diameter shaft, it's great for sanding contoured surfaces and tubing.
